What one office user costs
Nobody is billed twice. How many are included depends on your trucks and your order package; every office user after those costs the same.

Frequently asked questions
Who counts as an office user?
Everyone who logs in to the web app: owner, dispatchers, accounting, fleet manager. Your trucks include one office user plus one for every 5 trucks, and every order package adds its own. Drivers use the mobile app and are never billed, however many you have.
We have our own trucks and also forward loads. What do we pay?
The trucks, graduated: €10 each up to 5 trucks, €8 from the 6th, €7 from the 21st. Forwarding is on top, as a package of orders a month — 50 orders €49, 150 orders €129, 400 orders €279, 1,000 orders €549 — and every package includes office users of its own. A fleet also forwards 10 orders a month for free. One account, one invoice.
What happens when the fleet grows or shrinks?
The price follows the number of trucks, with no plan to change, and the rate drops as you grow: the first 5 trucks cost €10 each, the 6th to the 20th €8, every truck after that €7. We bill the highest number of trucks in the month; trailers and trucks marked as sold do not count.

Is there a free plan?

How do I pay?
You receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer: every month, or once a year if you pay a year up front, which costs 15% less. The €49 minimum applies either way.
